A being cannot create an artificial entity more intelligent than itself because it would require absolute understanding of the principles governing its own creation. We can model intelligence as we do other aspects of reality, but they will necessarily remain primitive reflections based on our subjective interpretations. Our mind cannot fully grasp the nature of the Universe, just as a human cell cannot comprehend the organism it is a part of.
